2011-2012 AFCEA BETHESDA SPONSORSHIPS
AFCEA Bethesda offers bundled sponsorship packages and standard table sponsorship for the breakfast series. Additional sponsorships are offered for special IT Days and other events. For details on all the packages, click here.
Monthly Breakfast Series: September 2011-June 2012
The 10-month breakfast series, which runs from September through June, features panel discussions led by a Federal Government moderator and a panel of three to five Government Executives primarily from Federal Civilian agencies. Our topics span a wide range of timely issues affecting the Federal IT marketplace and the panel format offers a compelling snapshot of multiple agency perspectives.

Remember, your support enables us to provide effective forums for discussing some of the hottest issues in Federal IT! All net proceeds of these events fund needs-based scholarships that help send Montgomery County students to local colleges to earn degrees in the sciences and engineering.
GOLD Sponsorship Package
$16,000 for Large Businesses / $12,000 for Small Businesses (Must be at or under 500 employees to qualify as a small business). This package, which is limited to three sponsors, consists of three of the following sponsorships:
- The AFCEA Bethesda Large Business Full-Table or Small Business Half-Table at the monthly breakfast series AND
- A Premiere sponsorship at Health IT Day 2011 OR
- A Premier sponsorship at Law Enforcement IT Day 2012 OR
- A Platinum Sponsorship for the AFCEA Bethesda Golf Tournament
SILVER Sponsorship Package
$12,000 for Large Businesses / $8,000 for Small Businesses (Must be at or under 500 employees to qualify as a small business). This package, which is limited to three sponsors, consists of two of the following sponsorships:
- The AFCEA Bethesda Large Business Full-Table or Small Business Half-Table at the monthly breakfast series AND
- A Premiere sponsorship at Health IT Day 2011 OR
- A Premier sponsorship at Law Enforcement IT Day 2012 OR
- A Platinum Sponsorship for the AFCEA Bethesda Golf Tournament

Monthly Breakfast Series Sponsor/Large Business Half Table = $6,000
Monthly Breakfast Series Sponsor/Small Business Half Table = $4,000
